Markus Schulz – Toronto 09
Having completed his most prolific annual tour in 2008, playing at the world’s biggest night clubs, arenas and festivals, Markus’ choice of best tour city to represent his 2009 CD series was quite simple.
“Some of my best gigs over the last few years have been in Toronto” says Markus. “The world famous Guvernment complex is incredible and a huge inspiration. It has everything – intimate, knowledgeable fans in a big room setting. I like to have each instalment of my CD series be inspired by different things and Toronto inspires a vibe that I am very pleased to share with the world.”
Overall, the compilation is a reflection of Markus’ sets in Toronto, and it is only appropriate that his next appearance in the city is only a matter of days away. The official Toronto ‘09 release party takes place at the Guvernment on Saturday March 21st.

Armin van Buuren presents ASOT 400: line-ups and locations have been announced!
On April 16, 17 and 18, the worldwide trance community will be treated on a 72-hour trip into A State of Trance. Armin visits Germany, UK and Holland to celebrate the 400th episode of his beloved radioshow!
These three events perfectly represent the international character of the radioshow. During these nights, of course Armin himself will be dj’ing, but he also invited some of his colleagues to play there. For this special occasion, he asked the listeners of the show to vote for their favourite DJ’s, by opening an internet poll on his personal forum. Last week Armin revealed the confirmed names:
